Miss Mo Yun Sook (Moo Yoon-sook, 모윤숙), famed Korean poetess, telling how she escaped the Communist-led North Koreans when they captured Seoul by hiding in the mountains until UN forces liberated the city.

Although her poetry is not well known outside of Korea, in the 1970s she became president of vice president of International PEN with the hopes of raising the global prominence of Asian literature.
